Health Insurance Help is Available!!!
The Lake Shore Family Support Center has partnered with The Healthy Community Alliance to serve students and families in the Lake Shore Central School District to assist those in need of health insurance. Families who need health insurance can receive facilitated enrollment services for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid.
New York State residents ages birth to 64 may qualify for free or low cost health insurance. How much a family pays depends on their income and the number of people in the household. Even families with higher incomes can be eligible. Coverage may be free for some children while other families may be charged an affordable monthly premium for coverage.
