Public Assurance (SEC. 8306)
In accordance with federal law [20 U.S.C. 7846], the Lake Shore Central School District maintains a single set of assurances for all applicable programs.
"The LEA assures that, before the application was submitted, the applicant afforded a reasonable opportunity for public comment on the application and considered such comment." — SEC. 8306. (a)(7)
