Lake Shore utilizes an easy-to-use online registration system. Whether you are a new resident or registering a student for the first time, you can begin the process from the comfort of your home.

For the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years.

1. Proof of Residency

Provide **two** documents showing you live in the district (utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement).

2. Student Identity

Official birth certificate or passport. Photo ID of the registering parent/guardian is also required.

3. Medical Records

Up-to-date immunizations and a copy of a physical exam conducted within the last 12 months.

If you are currently in temporary housing or foster care, you have specific rights to immediate enrollment.
