Procedure Details
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, the Lake Shore Transportation Department has updated its procedure for families needing alternate pickup or drop-off locations for their students.
The revised arrangement form provides dedicated space for multiple alternate drop-off and pickup locations across the school week, ensuring safe and consistent transit for every child.
How to Submit
1. Download: Fill out the request form linked below.
2. Email: Send completed forms directly to transportation@lscsd.org.
