FMX Community Access
Lake Shore utilizes FMX to manage all facility requests. Civic groups and local organizations can register for a community account to submit and track their space requests digitally.

Two-Week Notice
All requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date to ensure proper staffing and space availability.
Insurance Mandate
Outside organizations must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Lake Shore CSD as an additional insured party.
District Policies
Smoking and alcohol use are strictly prohibited on school grounds per Board Policy 3280.
