Lake Shore utilizes a secure online registration system. Whether you are moving into the district or registering a student for the first time, you can begin the process from the comfort of your home.

Secure Portal Access

1. Proof of Residency

Provide **two** documents (utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement) verifying you live in the district.

2. Student Identity

Official birth certificate or passport. A parent/guardian photo ID is also required for verification.

3. Medical Records

Up-to-date immunizations and a physical exam copy are required for NYS compliance.

If you are currently in temporary housing or foster care, you have specific rights to immediate enrollment.
